Private Cliffs of Moher tour from Dublin
Ireland's most famous cliffs, a castle on Galway Bay and an afternoon in Galway, all in one unforgettable private day.
Our most requested day, and it's easy to see why. Stand on the edge of Ireland as the Atlantic crashes 214 metres below, then wander Galway's buzzing streets before your chauffeur drives you home. Entrance fees and a flexible itinerary are all included.
Coach tours to the Cliffs of Moher leave at dawn, stop where the timetable says and come home when it says so. A private tour lets you set the pace instead. Linger at the cliffs while the light changes, take the long lunch, skip the souvenir shop. The day is yours.
It's a long day, around thirteen to fourteen hours door to door, and you'll spend much of it in a comfortable Mercedes or our seven-seat Business MPV with a chauffeur who knows the road west by heart.
Your day, stop by stop

Good to know
How long is the drive from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher?
About three and a half hours each way. We break the day up with the cliffs, lunch, Dunguaire Castle and Galway, so the return drive is the only long stretch.
What's the best way to get from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher?
By car. There's no direct train, and coach tours spend around four hours on the road each way with fixed stops. A private car takes about three and a half hours, collects you from your hotel and lets you stop wherever you like.
Is it better to visit the Cliffs of Moher in the morning or afternoon?
Both have their charm. Mornings and later afternoons are quieter than the middle of the day, and the cliffs face west, so the afternoon light is especially beautiful. With a private car, you choose the timing.
Which is better, the Cliffs of Moher or the Ring of Kerry?
They're quite different. The Cliffs of Moher are one dramatic sight that works as a day trip from Dublin. The Ring of Kerry is a full day's scenic drive, best done from Killarney. If you have the time, see both on a multi-day tour.
Are entrance fees included?
Yes. Entrance fees for this day are included, along with your private car, your chauffeur and a flexible itinerary.
Can we change the stops?
Absolutely. The itinerary is a starting point. Tell us what you'd like to add or skip and we'll shape the day around you.
Where do you collect from?
From your hotel or any address in Dublin, and we bring you back to the door at the end of the day.
